5 - A requirement for quality

Actiim set 3 quality standards which are the reactivity, the rigour and the transparency to reach the desired level of satisfaction and on which rests the whole of the actions which make its mission. These criteria are measured regularly to make it possible to fulfill the requirements effectively joint owners.

Actiim adheres to the code of ethics and deontology worked out by the National Federation of the Real estate which brings guarantees of high service and morality.

Actiim carries on its activity in the strict respect of the law and applies the recommendations of the commission relating to joint ownership.

Actiim has the financial guarantee intended to ensure the funds held on behalf of the trade unions of joint owners near the Guarantee association FNAIM, 1st company of mutual guarantee in Europe.
