Actiim is affiliated with the FNAIM, the first trade union of the real estate whose organization contributes effectively to the permanent improvement of the qualification level required for the management of joint ownerships. In 2006, the FNAIM was classified by the deputies and French senators one of the 10 most influential federations and most credible in France all fields confused.

Actiim is managed by graduate members ICH. It has been the only public higher formation ensuring a complete teaching adapted for more than 40 years to the professions of construction and the real estate. The ICH is composed of 14 institutes distributed on all the French territory and 1 abroad. It is the reference training of the professionals of the real estate to carry on the activity of syndic of joint ownership giving the possibility of holding an occupational chart delivered by the prefecture.

The FNAIM and the ICH constitute with them 2 an essential base of the qualification level whose Actiim was equipped to optimize the management of joint ownerships.
